Empowering your team with practical, actionable knowledge in integrity risk management. Our expert-led courses combine real-world experience with regulatory expertise to deliver training that truly makes a difference.

About IRMA Academy

Providing solutions in the field of integrity risks is at the core of our services. With partners who have more than 20 years of experience as compliance officers, consultants, directors and heads of risk and compliance, we understand the educational needs of organisations operating in regulated sectors.

Whilst regulations are the same for every organisation, policy documents, procedures, processes and methods of documentation vary. IRMA Academy takes these differences into account in our training, recognising that professionals already consume a great deal of information—our training must offer genuine added value.

That's why we use frameworks and real-world examples to anchor knowledge, making complex topics accessible and memorable. Through IRMA Academy courses, you gain deeper insight into what must be achieved in the field of integrity risk management under current regulations.
