Practice According to Wtt2018, Wwft and Sanctions Act 1977 for Business and Compliance Functions

Course Level:

Advanced Level: Participants are expected to be familiar with all relevant terminology and bring approximately 12 months of work experience. It is nevertheless advisable to review the relevant legislation (including Explanatory Memoranda) in advance. At the advanced level, participants are expected to actively participate. Participants often hold independent roles and/or are mid-level professionals.

Course Objective:

To acquire knowledge on the various methods for gathering required information and documents when conducting standard and enhanced client due diligence. The use of SIRA in performing analysis, taking mitigating measures and establishing a monitoring system.
