Why IRMA Solutions

Organisations face rising integrity threats, complex regulations and mounting administrative burden. IRMA turns these challenges into resilience with smart automation, clear reporting and expert partnership.

Market Challenges

The integrity risk landscape is evolving faster than ever. Organisations face a perfect storm of complexity, regulation, and resource constraints:

Rising Integrity Threats

Financial crime, money laundering and fraud are growing more sophisticated. Keeping up with zero-day threats and new attack vectors demands significant resources.

Fragmented Risk Management

Compliance, operational and integrity risks are often managed separately, making it hard to see the full picture. Inconsistent risk assessments reduce effectiveness.

Skills Shortage

A lack of qualified compliance professionals overloads teams and slows responses. Non-technical staff often lack training, heightening the human risk factor.

Lack of Visibility

Limited insight into client activities, beneficial ownership and third-party risks makes early detection difficult. Shadow operations and unmanaged endpoints add further exposure.

Compliance Complexity

Constantly changing regulations (GDPR, AMLR, AMLD) are time-consuming and costly to track. Manual audit processes drain resources and increase error risk.

Slow Detection & Response

Outdated or untested incident response plans make containment and reporting too slow for today's threats.

Organisation Challenges

Inside organisations, these pressures translate into very real barriers:
Fragmented Risk Management
Compliance, integrity and operational risks are often managed separately, making it hard to see the big picture. Inconsistent risk assessments reduce effectiveness.
Dependency on Third Parties
Over-reliance on vendors and partners increases exposure to external failures and breaches. Limited control over third-party integrity practices.
Inadequate Business Continuity Planning
Disaster recovery plans are often under-tested or fail to account for complex integrity incidents. Recovery objectives (RTOs/RPOs) are not always aligned with real-world capabilities.
High Administrative Burden
Manual audits, spreadsheet-based reporting and duplicated efforts waste time and reduce agility. Audit fatigue demotivates staff and increases the chance of non-compliance.
Legacy Technology Systems
Outdated infrastructure is harder to patch, monitor and secure. Integration with modern systems is often limited or expensive.
